EDVANCE RESEARCH IS CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION PROVIDER (CPE) IN TEXAS

San Antonio - Recognizing the importance of continuing education, Edvance Research, Inc. has been officially approved by the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) to be a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Provider. As a result, educators in Texas can receive clock hour credit for any workshops that Edvance Research provides.
Continuing education is necessary for classroom teachers, counselors, principals, and other educators to remain current with the latest techniques, learn about critical issues, and provide support for successful programs. It can help expand knowledge, develop new areas of expertise, and promote lifelong learning.

"We are excited about being a CPE provider," says Kathleen Barfield, Chief Administrative Officer/CIO of Edvance Research, "as we understand and value the importance of professional development. Too often it is an afterthought, but we believe it is key to implementing programs successfully and with fidelity."

"Becoming an approved CPE provider in Texas is a critical next step in our mission to be leader in the advancement of rigorous education research,” states Kristin Mitchell, EVP, Emerging Practices. “It allows Edvance Research to meaningfully and consistently communicate evidenced-supported practices to educators throughout the state."
