SAN ANTONIO – Edvance Research announced today the formation of a partnership with the Value-Added Research Center (VARC), bringing together two of the nation’s leading education research organizations. This partnership will focus on joint work surrounding the evaluation of performance and effectiveness of teachers, schools, and educational programs and policies.
