My Viewpoint

"If scientific research can tell us how to build a better rocket, certainly it can help us build a better education system. What I enjoy most about market research is learning about the ideas, opinions, concerns and attitudes of customers – be they educators, parents, business leaders, or other constituents. Listening to the voices of your customers is critical for growth and success. "
