Project Management is a critical element for success in the Edvance Research approach. We incorporate a clear project management process into each research project we undertake to ensure that studies are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with a high degree of quality.
Our Project Management Office (PMO) embraces all facets of project management including project selection techniques, team formation, project plan creation, project status reporting, budgeting, risk analysis and mitigation, making goal trade-offs, managing resources across multiple projects, communications and negotiations.
