SAN ANTONIO - Texas legislators are expressing an interest in knowing whether proposed legislation is consistent and based on high quality education research. Kathleen Barfield, Executive Vice President of Collaborative Research and Development at Edvance Research, testified before the Texas Senate Education Committee on March 22nd to share research that supports policies contained in Senate Bill 518.
